1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using burn. ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

burn. is a subscription tracking app that helps you monitor and manage your recurring payments. The app provides tools to track subscription costs, view upcoming renewals, and manage your spending.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use burn. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Includes tracking up to 5 active subscriptions, payment reminders, and basic features.

burn. PRO: A premium subscription that unlocks unlimited subscriptions, custom themes, budget tracking, data export, and additional features.

• burn. PRO is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into burn. (subscription details, amounts, dates). We do not claim any rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app's systems
• Interfere with the app's operation or other users' access

7. Disclaimer

burn. is a tracking tool only. It does not connect to your bank accounts or payment providers. Subscription amounts and renewal dates are based on information you enter and may not reflect actual charges from service providers. Always verify charges with your service providers directly.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, burn. and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed payment reminders or inaccurate subscription calculations.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
